A wide range of configurations and hardware are supported by Datura Technologies. Operating Systems supported include Microsoft DOS, all versions of Microsoft Windows, SCO Unix, Redhat Linux, Slackware Linux, Novell Netware and others not listed here.

Technical Support can be performed on-site or remotely at the client's request. The use of remote control software means that the client can repair his problem quickly without the need for a technician's visit and will allow the client to save on billing. Remote support can be provided for a single machine or entire networks.

Datura Technologies's web page provides an additional choice for the client. The Tech Support Discussion page allows for posting of technical issues and queries to be replied to by tech support personnel. This service is provided free of charge to all clients.
